Unique Skills:

Required Qualifications

Strong knowledge of SAP Material Master data structures, governance, and integration points.

Hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), including inbound, outbound, inventory, and warehouse execution processes.

Experience supporting Supply Chain Functions (SCF), including planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), including customs management, compliance management, and international trade processes.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.

Understanding of SAP integrations with MM, SD, PP, and TM modules.Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse operations.SAP certification in EWM, Supply Chain, or related SAP functional areas.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain SAP business processes related to Material Master, EWM, and Supply Chain operations.

 

 

 

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant curriculum required. equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 6 years as an IT professional with broad experience across multiple IT disciplines. Specific and in-depth expertise in one or more complex enterprise applications (e.g. ERP, PLM).l. may be used to offset one (1) year of experience; PhD may offset two (2) years of experience.

Position Purpose:

This is functional and technical role within the Gulfstream Business Technology organization for the ERP team. Responsible for new projects and sustaining activities across all business units. A significant focus is on ensuring the integrity of the global template and identifying, scoping and delivering on continuous improvement opportunities. This role works with the business to identify solutions, create business cases, develop functional requirements, and perform application configuration or works with the development team to deliver new and enhanced business capabilities.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. Engages stakeholders and technology users in identifying, analyzing, and documenting business requirements .
  2. Creates plans according to schedules and assignments, and acts independently to carry them out.
  3. Ensures applications processes are followed consistently and are in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, standards, etc .
  4. Performs work related to configuring, deploying, maintaining, and upgrading ERP applications and processes. Responsible for tasks related to the development and deployment of systems, methodologies, standards and processes that result in the ability to create and manage the ERP solution .
  5. Takes moderate to complex business requirements and models them in ERP applications. Learns and applies expertise on details concerning technical requirements.
  6. Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (SDLC). Follows and supports agile methodology including task creations and meeting participation.
  7. Direct activities for team members assigned to specific projects.
  8. Works with programming resources (in house and third party) to ensure development work is completed to specifications.

Other Requirements:
  1. Fluent in English.
  2. Be able to travel to USA. Have passport and American visa.
  3. Experience in conducting testing including design and execution of test cases.
  4. Experience in preparation of requirements, specifications, and business process maps.
  5. Extensive SAP experience (6+ project lifecycles) with certification and configuration expertise across multiple modules, including at least two full implementations.
  6. Strong experience in requirements gathering, test design/execution, and development of specifications and business process maps.
  7. Proven project management experience with strategic planning, documentation (SOWs, business cases), and executive-level presentations.
  8. Solid understanding of business operations and integration with complex information systems.
  9. Demonstrated leadership managing large strategic teams, with strong mentoring, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  10. Advanced analytical, problem-solving, organizational, customer service, and conflict resolution abilities.
  11. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a track record of delivering solutions.
