Unique Skills:

• Willing to consider candidates graduating in Fall 2026. Degree must be completed before the start date.

• Support deployment, testing, and adoption of AI code assistant tools to improve developer productivity and software delivery.

• Build and maintain low-code AI agents using connections to approved data sources, APIs, and automation workflows.

• Create and maintain reusable AI assets such as prompts, agent instructions, knowledge sources, and automation templates for business teams and developers.
• Support AI enablement activities including user training, documentation, workshops, demonstrations, and champion programs to accelerate adoption across the enterprise.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. required. 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 1 year experience in software development, data, or analytics, including exposure to AI/ML concepts and tooling. Position Purpose:

The AI Specialist will support the implementation of AI solutions through data preparation, model execution, evaluation, and basic integrations under guidance. This role builds foundational skills in AI tools, engineering practices, and responsible AI standards. Entry‑level AI engineer focused on implementation and learning. Works on model execution, data prep, evaluation, and basic integrations under guidance.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Implement defined AI tasks under supervision.
2. Prepare, validate, and document datasets used for AI solutions.
3. Execute model evaluation and basic testing using established tooling.
4. Follow established AI development, security, and governance standards.
5. Maintain documentation and participate in code reviews.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

1. Proficiency with Python and basic software engineering practices.
2. Exposure to ML concepts, model evaluation, and data preparation.
3. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
4. Familiarity with version control and basic CI/CD practices is a plus.
