Unique Skills:

This position will be responsible for executing and driving full-cycle recruitment activities to attract, identify, assess, and hire top talent aligned with organizational goals. Partners closely with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, maintain strong candidate pipelines, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements while supporting the company's talent acquisition strategy.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human resources or related
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple job levels and functions (preferred)
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies (preferred)
• Experience conducting interviews (preferred)
• Advanced English proficiency preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong customer service skills.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. 2 years of experience on HR related activities.
